Understanding your dashboard
This article is for new users who want to understand what they're looking at on the main dashboard screen.
Site status cards
Each site you manage has a status card showing its current health. The health rollup summarises CPU load, memory usage, disk, request rate, and SSL status into a single indicator. If any of those signals need attention, the indicator will show you which one — rather than just a generic 'healthy' badge.
Click a site card to drill into its detail view, where you'll find live metrics and the deployment history.
Recent activity
The activity feed on the right of the dashboard shows the last few events across all your sites: deploys, SSL renewals, backup completions, and any automated actions the system has taken. It's the fastest way to see whether something has changed since you last logged in.
Billing snapshot
At the top of the dashboard you'll see your current plan and the next billing date. Click it to go to the full billing page, where you can download past invoices, update your card, or change plans.
Support button
The support button is always in the bottom-right corner of every page. It opens a message form that routes directly to our team. If your site has an active incident, mention the site name in your message so we can look up the context immediately.
Notifications
SrvBot sends email notifications for deployments, SSL events, and billing. You can adjust which notifications you receive in Account → Notifications. We don't send marketing emails to operational accounts — if you get one, it's relevant to your account.
