Changing plans — what happens to your sites
This article explains what happens to your account and sites when you change from one SrvBot plan to another.
Upgrading
To upgrade: go to Account → Billing → Change plan, select Site Pro, and confirm. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle — the difference between your old plan and the new one, for the days remaining.
After upgrading, Site Pro features are available straight away: staging environments, higher resource limits, and priority support response times.
Downgrading
To downgrade: go to Account → Billing → Change plan, select Site, and confirm. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep Site Pro until then.
Before you downgrade, check whether your current setup fits within the Site plan's limits:
Staging environments: the Site plan doesn't include staging. Any active staging environments are paused when the downgrade takes effect. They're not deleted — if you upgrade again, they resume.
Resource limits: if your site is using more CPU or memory than the Site plan allows, SrvBot will notify you before the downgrade takes effect so you can reduce usage first.
Switching between monthly and annual billing
You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time. When you switch, you pay the annual rate immediately and receive a credit for any unused days on your current monthly billing cycle.
Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your annual period. You won't be charged monthly until the annual period you've already paid for ends.
No lock-in
You can cancel, downgrade, or export your data at any time. Your data is yours — SrvBot doesn't hold it hostage. See Account → Data export if you need a full export of your site files and database.
